Being a working mom is hard. Constantly feeling like you are pulled in all directions. But you ladies know it is possible to step back, assess, and make meaningful change.  You've done it before. This is your chance to do it again with an accountability group of other working moms.  During this 6 week accountability coaching program you will determine the one thing that if changed would provide you the biggest improvement in your weekly fulfillment and feeling of balance.

Each week you will:

  •  Attend a live coaching session with the content on discovering your one thing and real tools to reduce and   or eliminate that problem
  • Complete a weekly assignment designed to dig deeper
  • Meet with an accountability partner
  • Post and commit to the one thing you will do that week to start taking real action
  • Complete your one item

My course promise: Throughout the course you will identify your one big pain point that if reduced will reduce weekly feelings of overwhelm and stress and increase feelings of balance and fulfillment. You will come up with concrete action steps you can take to improve this area.  And if applied you will see at least a 50% improvement in this area.

Your commitment: You will participate 100% and play full out. Attend all live events. Complete all weekly assignments. Meet with your accountability partner.  You will provide feedback throughout on how we can improve the experience and what content should be added, removed, or adjusted.
